Julie G. - Treatment and Financial Coordinator
I am the office’s Treatment Coordinator. I am responsible for meeting new patients at their consultation visit and going over all aspects of orthodontic treatment with you, including the personalized treatment plan Dr. Grubisa has made for you. I will be sure to answer all your questions and concerns, so that your first visit to the office is an informative and enjoyable experience. I also forward any questions that are Dr. Grubisa’s domain directly to her! My email is JulieG@grubisabraces.com.

Anna- Dental Assistant
I am a Certified Level II Dental Assistant. I am in charge of the day-to-day functioning of the clinic, getting prepared for the day’s patients, ordering supplies and coordinating the delivery and pickup of appliances with our lab Technician Simon. Sterilization of instruments is my responsibility with the help of the rest of the Team. Before getting any sort of orthodontic treatment, you will see me to have photographs taken of you and your teeth, as well as any needed X-rays. I assist both Dr. Grubisa and the hygienist Julie when they are working on your teeth. And if you haven’t seen enough of me yet, when you get your braces or retainers, I teach you how to take care of them, as well as your teeth!
Julie P.- Dental Hygienist
I am a Registered Dental Hygienist, with eight years specifically in the specialty of orthodontics. I am Dr. Grubisa’s second set of hands. I work under Dr. Grubisa’s instructions following through with her individualized treatment plan. I am also responsible for giving you instructions on improving the care of your teeth and braces during your treatment.

Simon- Dental Technician
I am the Dental Technician for the office and I exclusively work in the specialty of Orthodontics. My responsibilities are to pour dental impressions and fabricate active orthodontic appliances such as palatal expanders, pendulum appliances and crossbite appliances as well as retention devices such as fixed retainer wires, and removable retainers. In addition, I make and trim the study models used by Dr. Grubisa in treatment planning your particular case.
My “wall of colours” is in the office so that you can see the available colours for appliances, retainers and mouthguards so that they can be customized “just for you”.
Suzanne – Patient/Front Desk Coordinator
I am the first person you meet when you arrive at our office. My job title is “Front Desk Coordinator” which means that I am responsible for arranging all appointments, answering both phone calls and email inquiries, and handling any of your general concerns or questions. I also am happy to keep you informed on the happenings in town as well as the current gossip in People magazine…
After being involved in my three childrens’ orthodontic treatment with Dr. Grubisa, I joined not only the office Team, but the braces club too!
